Medical Services

Duo Telehealth provides telehealth-related healthcare services through licensed healthcare providers.

Telehealth Services and Jurisdiction

Duo Telehealth services are available nationwide across all 50 U.S. states through appropriately licensed healthcare providers. Healthcare services are provided only in jurisdictions where the applicable healthcare provider is appropriately licensed or otherwise authorized to practice and where such services may lawfully be provided.

Duo Telehealth works with LocumTele to provide certain telehealth services. For additional information about LocumTele, please visit https://locumtele.org/.

Telehealth Consent

By using our services, you acknowledge that healthcare services may be delivered electronically using telehealth technologies. See our Telehealth Consent for details.

No Emergency Services

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical attention. Duo Telehealth is not a substitute for emergency care.

Prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate and at the sole discretion of the licensed healthcare provider. Submission of a consultation or intake form does not guarantee a prescription or treatment approval.

Payments

You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with services provided.

Your use of the services is governed by our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
